From profile to a real meeting

- Step 1: Create your profile. You create your profile with no strings attached and tell your story. You pay nothing yet.
- Step 2: Charmaine searches. Charmaine personally searches for you. That can take a while: she goes by what you truly want, not by whoever happens to pass by.
- Step 3: Match found (This is when you pay). Charmaine has found someone who genuinely fits you. Only now does your membership start.
- Step 4: Video call. You see each other for the first time on a 15 minute video call. You do not get a photo beforehand. In that quarter of an hour you often learn more than in weeks of texting.
- Step 5: Your call. After the call, you each say yes or no. Both say yes: You receive each other’s details and take it from there. One says no: Then your details stay private. Nobody receives anything.

What does it cost?
PRESNT is a paid membership. Creating your profile costs nothing, and you only pay from the moment Charmaine proposes your first match. Cancelling before then costs nothing. You can see the prices above under memberships.
How big is the pool?
The pool grows steadily, and Charmaine knows everyone in it. And since you only pay from your first match, waiting costs you nothing: your profile is ready and you hear from us as soon as someone truly fits.
What if there is no match for me right now?
Then we wait until there is someone who truly fits. You hear from us as soon as that happens, with no noise in between. In the meantime you pay nothing.
How quickly will I have a match?
It depends on who is in the pool. Charmaine would rather suggest something good later than something half-right fast. Waiting costs you nothing: you only pay from your first match.
Do I see a photo of my match beforehand?
No. You get a first name and a town, and you see your match for the first time on the 15 minute video call. Your photos do not go to your match either: only Charmaine sees them.
Who sees my profile?
Only Charmaine. Your profile is not in a public swipe feed and is never shown publicly.
Who is PRESNT for?
For people looking for a serious connection who are done with shallow swiping. For now we match men with women.
Can I stop?
Always. You can have your profile deleted at any moment.
